Program Requirements. 
We will discuss the requirements for the projects and determine what fits your needs, budgets and wants.   

2 - Concept Design/ Rough Sketches.
 We will explore the conceptual design of floor plan, elevation and site development.

3 - Design and Development/Refining the Design. 
We will draft layouts to scale for the proposed design.

4 - Detail Development of Design
We will draft detail plans and elevations.

5 - Preparation of Plans. 
We will draft detailed specifications after design approval to city standards. 

6 - Material Selections for Exterior and Interior. 
We provide interior design service and product selection which are critical to the harmony
of your home.

7 - Detail Drafting
 We will draft for interior and exterior concepts including millwork, base case, trim and other artistic details.
